A plain description of what this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, and message, plus company and industry when you fill them in.
- Chat: your name, email, what you need, and company if you share it, so we can reply.
- Site usage: anonymous page and click events tied to a random session id, plus the browser user agent. No names, no advertising profiles built by us.
- Bookings: when you book a call, Google Calendar records the appointment and the email you entered there; we store the appointment reference, time, and status so we can confirm real bookings.
- Where you came from: the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters in the link, so we know which channels work.
Why we use it
- To answer you, prepare your call, and understand which pages and channels bring conversations. We do not sell your data and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
Third parties involved
- Google Calendar handles scheduling and sends the invite. Meta receives conversion events from the Meta pixel on our landing pages. Our hosting and database providers store the data listed above. Each one processes only what it needs for that function.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, chat details and booking records are kept while the conversation or client relationship is active and up to 24 months after the last contact. Anonymous usage events are kept up to 24 months.
Your choices
- Write to info@wuaya.com to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. You can also clear the chat from the chat window itself, which removes it from your browser.
